this weekend

this weekend joe and I went up to new hampshire with Peter and Carol our old friends from college! we had such a good time reminiscing and catching up on the events of our lives, both of us have kids the same age and so we are all going through kids growing up and going to college, leaving home, coming home etc! we went skiing and we did a little shopping and sight seeing and we had a great time! they are the best!

An Easter Prayer

I am so happy easter is coming
the kids will be home
the family will be together
we will celebrate spring together
and go to church as family.
I pray that this easter the world
finds peace and freedom
When the churchbells ring
this easter
Let every church pray
every person.
We are all precious in God's eyes
and I am sure he is not happy
with the state of the world right now!
Let all people join hands
and pray together for peace.

joey's 18th birthday 

kerry, joey and michelle 

kids are growing fast

well all the kids are having their birthdays this week
Kerry will be 23
Michelle will be 21
Joey will be 18

Kerry is attending univ ov wisconsin at Madison
she is in the Law School and loves it! Kevin is out there too and hopes to get his masters in public policy.
Michelle is a junior at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Ct. majoring in Communications. She loves to ride Blue and hang out with Frannie and Jess and work at Nadas.
Joey has been accepted to UCONN and can't wait to finish his senior year at Nipmuc. He is working at Vincenzo's restaurant.
